Common questions
How do my reps get access?
You create accounts for them in the admin dashboard. They open their phone's browser, go to your app link, tap Sign In, and enter the username and password you gave them. They'll immediately see their assigned stores and call list. Reps can also tap "Add to Home Screen" to install the app directly from their browser โ€” no app store needed.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The app queues check-ins, check-outs, and day logs locally if there's no signal. Everything syncs automatically when the rep is back online.
Can I connect it to my existing CRM?
Yes. Every company gets a REST API key. You can use it to sync store data, pull visit records, and connect to any CRM or ERP. Contact support for help with custom integrations.
What is a call cycle?
A rotating schedule that tells each rep which stores to visit each week over a 4-week period. You set it up in the admin dashboard once, and the app automatically shows each rep their correct list for the current week.
Is my company's data kept separate from others?
Yes. All data is isolated per company. Your reps, stores, visits, and reports are completely private and inaccessible to any other company on the platform.
How do I cancel?
